World's most expensive SUV in India for Rs 8.5 crore!!!

Here is one of the most expensive car available in India with whooping Rs8.5crore and that is EVADE. Conquest Vehicles Inc introduced the EVADE, the company’s first unarmored SUV in India. The new body style, design and aesthetic of EVADE includes new headlights and taillights sleekly wrapping around the sides of the vehicle, narrower fender flares, a redesigned grille, hood scoop, the addition of a third tandem sunroof and a wider backdoor to accommodate EVADE’s wider body frame to allow for exit/entry of executive security though the rear of the vehicle. As with the KNIGHT XV, EVADE will be built on a modified Ford F550 chassis with its massive unarmored skin constructed of an aluminum-mild steel blend for reduced weight. Powertrain options for EVADE are only listed as “gasoline or diesel” but will most likely follow suit of the KNIGHT XV which offers choice of Ford 6.8-liter V-10 gas or 6.7-liter V-8 PowerStroke diesel backed by five-speed TorqShift automatic gearbox.. The first EVADE is scheduled to roll off the production line will be in Fall 2012.

Here are some of the masterpiece photo's of EVADE:

The vehicle is powered by a 6.8-litre engine that churns out 400 Bhp of power at 2215 Nm of torque.

The SUV is a luxurious six-seater with a cabin space of 400 cubic feet, with the second and third rows facing each other in a limousine-like arrangement.

Some of the exciting features include a retractable flat screen television, three sun roofs, joystick-controlled roof-mounted searchlights and even a night-vision camera. In India, this 4x4 comes in both diesel and petrol options. Several parts of the vehicle adhere to the ‘hand-crafted’ tradition of the company. The steering wheel, proprietary hinges, running boards and even the key itself are machined out of solid stainless steel. The handles are machined out of a solid block of aluminum. Conquest Vehicles says EVADE will feature a new ergonomically designed cockpit and cabin drawing cues from military and civilian inspiration with touch screen technology available to both driver and passengers.EVADE will include front and rear commercial-grade air-ride suspension, power windows, and 360-degree roof mounted, joystick-controlled searchlights. EVADE will also come equipped with FLIR night vision camera systems in the front and rear of the vehicle.
All I can say is this is one hell of a Car.
